Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nothing is shipped

We provide counselling, mentoring and admissions services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is delivered by post or courier.

2. How our services are delivered

All our services are delivered online and in person:

• Online, through video calls, phone calls, email, WhatsApp and our student portal.
• In person, at our offices in Delhi (Rajouri Garden and Defence Colony), Gurugram, Bangalore and Dubai. See Visit us for addresses.

3. When your service starts

Once you have enrolled and paid, we contact you, usually within one business day, to schedule your first session. Applications are completed and submitted online through each university's own application system.

4. Reports and documents

Anything we prepare for you, such as your psychometric test report, university shortlist or feedback on your essays, is shared with you online or by email. The psychometric test report is available as soon as you complete the test and is also emailed to you as a PDF.

If a university asks for documents by post or courier, you send them yourself. Courier charges are not part of our fee.
