Postgraduate in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, and an engineering graduate from Delhi Technical University (formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering), he has also completed a programme in Leadership from Harvard Business School.
With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, he was the Vice President at ICICI Lombard when he switched to education. In his fifteen illustrious years, he worked for organisations like Larsen & Toubro, IBP Caltex, Exxon Mobil and others.
He is an expert career counsellor and a resource person for public seminars by Times of India, Navbharat Times, Dainik Jagran and others. He also appears on TV shows on Doordarshan and elsewhere, and is a widely read Quora writer. He has mentored more than 50,000 students and enabled them to achieve their goals.
