Alok Bansal is a postgraduate in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB), and an engineering graduate of Delhi Technological University, formerly Delhi College of Engineering. He also completed a leadership program at Harvard Business School.
Before dedicating himself to education, Alok spent over 15 years in the corporate sector, holding senior leadership positions across respected organizations such as Larsen & Toubro, IBP Caltex, ExxonMobil, and ICICI Lombard, where he served at senior management positions.
